Is it possible to find a similarly comparable TSER to SYDS25, with around 30%+ VLT, that has a warmer tone? If not, i can get used to the blue hue, but would like to know if there's another film that will perform similarly to reduce heat and provide privacy. I have Huper Optik C35 on my office window that's facing north, as i didn't want a "mirror look" facing the front of the house. That being said, i'm not a huge fan of the blue hue that SYDS 25 has. If using 35 makes no sense, i'm open to 25 all around. The east side only gets hit with sun directly for a few short hours, so while i'm also looking for privacy on the east side, some glare reduction would be nice, but i also want to keep as much natural light as possible. I was thinking SunTek SYDS 25 on the west side of my home, and maybe SYDS 35 on the east side. Both the east and west sides of our home face our neighbors, hence the want for privacy. The west side of my house get's bombarded with the sun and it's also the side of the house that our bedroom is on, as well as my wife's home office. I'm looking for a dual reflective tint for heat reduction and privacy. I thought anti photo plates were legal here.those photo radar vans are entrapment. just call them, be polite AND PATIENT, and it will all work out! I wouldnt stress about it too much, its not a moving violation and no points on your license. It took the better part of a day to clear everything up at the courthouse. (like $40.00).Īnd thats exactly what I did! stripped the tint and LEFT IT FACTORY, removed the plate cover. I called the court to see just exactly what was going on and they said if you remove the items I was ticketed for it will probably be dismissed. the motorist in the best interest of the motorist for vehicles whose windows were tinted before August 16. When I got the ticket he said there was a fine and Id have to go to court etc etc. The table on subsequent pages of this document summarizes states laws regarding medical exemptions to limitations on vehicle window light transmission window tinting. Arizona window tint laws allow a maximum of 33 light transmittance for the front side windows of Multi-purpose vehicles. Then he told me to roll up my window a little bit and he used a light meter on my fronts. I got pulled over for one of those smoked license plate covers, That is the only thing he pulled me over for! In Arizona the VLT refers to the amount of visible light allowed through the tint film and the window. All windshield tinting above the AS1 line set by the manufacturer must be non-reflective to be in compliance with state law. If you consider a professional window tint for your car’s front side, do select a non-reflective window tint. I got a ticket about 4 years ago in Tempe, AZ. Yes, you can definitely get a windshield tint, but be aware of the regulations in Arizona.
